Frequently Asked Questions

Who is The Professor?

The Professor has been offering his selections and analysis on the internet since October 1995. In fact, He is one of the pioneers of the on-line handicapping services. In the beginning, he offered his handicapping reports free-of-charge for a year so that his readers would be able to accurately assess his ability to offer quality information before buying. No other service came anywhere close to doing that. When he began accepting payment, his prices were some of the lowest on the net for quality information. He has established himself as one of the top handicappers on the net. When you purchase his reports, you can be assured that the reports were handicapped and written by The Professor, not an employee or surrogate!

How do I obtain your Handicapping Reports?

The first step is to register for the Professor's Key Club. Registration is free and there is no obligation to purchase anything. There are no sign-up costs, membership dues or monthly minimums. When you register, you choose a username and password that allows you access to the protected member area. Your username is how we determine whether or not you purchase our reports. When you click on a particular handicapping report, the filename, date, time, username and cost are recorded. You are charged only once per report even if you have to access it more than once to print it. You WILL NOT be double charged for the same report. The reports are accessed from our REPORT MENU PAGE. All reports are clearly marked with date, track, brief explanation of content and price. Once the reports have completed loading to your browser, they can be printed while on-line. It is not necessary to download any files to your hard disk.

How will I be charged for your handicapping service?

You are charged for only those Reports you access. NO HIDDEN COSTS!

  1. PAY AS YOU GO - You will be charged only for those reports and racing cards that you access. At the end of the month, your charges for the month will be the total cost of the reports you purchased during the month. You may contact us by email or phone if there is a question concerning your billing. If no reports are accessed during that month, there will be no charge.

Is it safe to send credit card information over the internet?

During the past several years, E-commerce has entered the mainstream of the American economy. It is now acceptable and safe to send your credit card information over the internet to honest and reliable businesses. We use state-of-the art SECURITY software that encrypts your credit card info while in transit to us. The only person to have access to your credit card information is yours truly, The Professor. We have been conducting business for more than eleven years on the internet and have had no case of credit card fraud. I personally use the internet to make many purchases and have found it to be a big time-saver as well as being economical.

How much do your racing cards and reports cost?

At the present, all reports are $5 including Derby Day & Breeders' Cup Day. Our handicapping reports are second to none. We invite you to compare our service to others. We're confident that you'll agree.

How will I know what the reports and cards cost?

The prices will be clearly marked on the line offering the report, along with the track, date, handicapper and details of the report. The Professor posts all his previous week's reports on his home page with a summary of his results. You will not be doubled-charged if you access the report more than once because of equipment failure or download problems. However, we will monitor multiple accesses to prevent abuse.
